Roll Service

— The cylinders are 8” in diameter x 96” long. We use this machine to roll tubes, straps, etc. at different radiuses. It rolls thin material such as 3/16” and thinner. It will roll 1/4” and 3/8”, depending on the width of the part.

— The roll consists of 3 solid round pieces of steel mounted in a triangle formation. The bottom roll is controlled by 2 levers which are used to control the desired material thickness. The back roll is controlled by air. As you begin to roll the steel, you can adjust the back roller putting more or less roll into the part. It can handle 1/4” x 5’ and 10 gauge x 8’.
